2. CITRUS fest: Who Cares?

Take part in a three-day festival organised by the National Arts Council's Arts Resource Hub, CITRUS fest: Who Cares? Share your ideas of communal care and expect “potluck” dinners, workshops and conversations for our artsworkers and more that aim to nurture care practices across Singapore's arts community.

Let's shape the future of communal care in Singapore's arts scene together at CITRUS fest: Who Cares? running from 28 to 30 June 2024 at 42 Waterloo Street. Admission is free.

3. Colours and Shapes of Feelings

4. Let’s Connect!

Let’s connect is a yearly platform where artists and community members can get involved in discussion relating to the arts. This year will focus on the intersectionality of art and wellness! Speakers will highlight how the arts help people improve their well being through personal expression and connecting with others via art. The programme also offers workshops and networking opportunities.

Connect with other art- and wellness-enthusiasts at Let’s Connect on 18 July 2024 at Stamford Arts Centre. Admission is free.

5. Mindfulness at the Museum: Sound Bath in the Story of the Forest

Embark on a captivating journey toward inner harmony with guided meditation and sound healing. Navigate serene mental landscapes and find solace in nature's gentle symphony. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced meditator, this inclusive environment ensures everyone can safely explore their unique path to inner peace.

Experience a day of tranquillity and self-discovery at Mindfulness at the Museum: Sound Bath in the Story of the Forest running on 4, 6 and 13 July 2024 at the National Museum of Singapore. Tickets are priced at $30.

6. Namjooning Art & Wellness Tour by NGS

Inspired by BTS singer and rapper Kim Namjoon, the name refers to the act of appreciating the arts (i.e. attending museum galleries, and other forms of self care). This trail pairs artworks from the gallery with BTS songs that showcase similar themes, such as self-love and mental health.

K-pop fans, make sure to catch Namjoong Art & Wellness Tour at the UOB Southeast Asia Gallery from 21 June to 21 July 2024. Admission is free.

7. Art@JLG: heART

With the theme of “Eat, Pray, Love” Art@JLG:heART emphasises the intersectionality of art and nature. This experience encourages self-reflection and creative expression through exploring your relationship with food, art, and personal well being amongst the beautiful Jurong Lake Gardens!

Make sure to catch heART at Jurong Lake Gardens from 12 July to 14 July. Attendance is free.
