We know
you're disappointed that we don't have an app (yet!), but
fear not! You can still easily access Catch by adding a shortcut to our
website on
your
home screen. It's almost as good as an app, we promise!
Here's how you can do it in just a few simple steps:
1. Open Safari or Google Chrome and go to the Catch website.
2. Tap the share button (that's the one with an up arrow within a square) on
the
toolbar, and then tap "Add to Home Screen." If you don't see this option,
you can
add it
from the "Edit Actions" option at the bottom of the share sheet.
3. Edit the name for the shortcut, and then tap "Add."
4. You now have a website shortcut on your home screen, which you can move
around
and
organize just like an app icon.
It won't appear in the App Library. But who needs that clutter anyway.

one you
want.
3. Click "Buy Now" and you'll be directed to one of our ticket partners to

If you don't see it in your inbox, don't freak out - sometimes it ends
up in the
spam folder. Just make sure you're using the same email address you used to
log in
to
Catch.
Alternatively, just fire up the Catch website and head over to the "Tickets"
section. Make sure
you're
logged in with the same account you used to buy the ticket.
If you've booked your ticket through our ticketing partners and see duplicate charges on your statement, we recommend reaching out to them directly!
We're sorry to disappoint you, but we haven't yet figured out how to teleport tickets from one account to another. Until then, tickets are non-transferable, so make sure to double-check who you're booking them for!
First, have a peek at your confirmation email from when you bought the
tickets. If
it's not in your inbox, check your spam folder, and confirm that you used
the right
email
address to sign in
to Catch.
Second, you can view your tickets in the "Tickets" section of your Catch
account.
Make sure
you're logged in
with the same account you used to buy the tickets.
Still can't find your tickets? Drop our ticketing partners an email
containing the
following
details:
- Email address linked to the PayPal account (if you used one)
- Name of the event and order booking number
- Date of your purchase
To confirm that your payment went through successfully, check out the
"Tickets" section in
your Catch account or look for our confirmation email in your inbox (and
don't
forget to check your
spam folder
too!). If you see the ticket or received the email, then you're all
set!
If you're still having trouble finding your tickets or confirmation email,
it could
be due to a
different
account login or a failed payment.
To fix a declined payment, check that your credit card is not expired
and has
enough funds. If the issue persists, try another payment method or contact
your bank
directly
for more
information.
In the case of double charges, it's possible that a retained charge may
appear on
your bank
account, even if
the transaction didn't go through.
