points to dress up your Play:Mate with uniquely Singaporean accessories!
Terms & Conditions
1. Starter Packs and credits are only valid on the day of visit you choose
during purchase and must be utilised by end of the day. We seek your
understanding that there will be no refund or exchange allowed for unused
credits or Starter Packs.
2. Play:Mates will not be accessible after your initial date of visit unless you
purchase a new Starter Pack and link it to an old Play:Mate. However, an image
of your personalised Play:Mate can be downloaded from your Heritage account at
go.gov.sg/playmate-download under “My Past Activities”.
3. Account Credits from Booster Packs can be shared by all Play:Mates purchased
under the same Heritage ID account if the day of visit you choose during
purchase is the same.
4. You may purchase multiple Starter Packs in a single order. Starter Packs are
tied to your order QR code and can be activated or accessed from different
mobile devices by sharing the QR code.
5. If you wish to continue playing games and earning points to accessorise your
existing Play:Mate, you may purchase a Booster Pack on the same day for five
extra game credits.
